During my stay at Posada Del Fresno, I was astounded by the exceptional level of hospitality and attention to detail provided by the owners, a hiking enthusiast and a poet couple who left no stone unturned in ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. Not only did they warmly greet us by name, but they also surprised me by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, showcasing their genuine care for guests. The cozy lounge upstairs, filled with books and games, was a delightful retreat after a day of exploring the nearby charming village square, while the garden furniture on the terrace provided a serene spot to unwind and soak in the stunning mountain views. The attached Restaurante Entre Ascuas, just a short walk away, offered a culinary experience to remember, with a plated menu that surpassed all expectations, making it impossible to resist the temptation of their exquisite dishes. Posada Del Fresno not only exceeded my stringent criteria but also left a lasting impression with its personalized touches and picturesque setting, making it a standout choice for those seeking a truly unforgettable coastal retreat in Spain.
